• Requirements

    Registration in Centennial Christian School is open to children of committed Christian parents who agree with the school's religious and philosophical principles as expressed in the Constitution and who are regularly attending a church. Parents and students are expected to demonstrate by their lifestyles their belief in Jesus Christ as Savior, Lord and King.

  • How to Register

     
    1. Complete an Application for Society Membership.
    2. Complete a Student Registration Form for each child you would like to enroll.
    3. Complete Parent/School Partnership form.
    4. Complete Parental Permission Form.
    5. Return above forms to the office along with:
      • a copy of birth certificate(s)
      • copies of the most recent progress reports
      • a deposit of one month’s tuition
    6. Forward Pastoral Reference to Pastor of your church.
    7. After registration forms and Pastoral Reference form have been returned to the office, interviews will be conducted by two Board members or their representatives to determine eligibility for acceptance.
    8. Make appointment with Learning Assistance Teachers to have children assessed.
    9. When the interview has been completed, and pending the result of the Learning Assistance assessments, your acceptance will be determined by the Board, at their next meeting.
